Preparation for take off!!!
So I seriously didn’t believe that the anxiety would hit me, but it did. Christmas 2009
Christmas really didn’t hit me strong this year, well at least not until christmas eve. I GOT THE GILMAN!!!
So I honestly wasn’t expecting it maybe because I was placed on the waiting list and there is a small, extremely small chance that my status was going to change, but it DID!!! I’m so excited, I really was prepared to hear that I didn’t get the Gilman, but change of plans. AHHHHHHHHH……..!!!!!!!!! THIS IS JUST TOO EXCITING…EVERYTHING IS STARTING TO FALL INTO...
Christmas Tree Lane
As I had promised, I’m finally here to update about my long walk at Christmas Tree Lane. My friends and I decided to walk Christmas Tree Lane this year, it was a long walk, about two miles from the beginning to the ending and then another two miles from the ending back to the beginning, but it was all worth it. It really got me into the Christmas spirit!

Last Final!
So I’m off to take my last home final for the school year! Its actually pretty nerve recking, not just because its a final but the fact that it initially marks the reality that I’m leaving to Thailand soon makes it nerve recking!!! Ahhhhhh!!! Sorry i just had to scream it out. O.K. enough excitement, I’m off to take my final, then sell one of my books for less than half the price...

I got it! So its official, I’m leaving to Thailand on Dec 31. The excitement still hasn’t fully come on to me yet but it probably will once I’m through with finals. Until then, I’ll gradually build up my tiny excitements here blogging.

So it turns out that I didn’t get the Gilman Scholarship. I was mad, angry, upset, disappointed, you name it and I felt it, but I soon got over it.
