I do not have a nail arts blog although I really should create one since I had have a passion for nail art. But I would occasionally post up photos of my nail creations and replications from other blogs. There are several blogs that I follow that do have really good nail designs. All of them are here on tumblr. My favorite ones are fuckyeahnailart, prettynailswag, and fuckyeahprettynail.
